SHORT THROUGH LENS WITH 1/2X to 16X DIGITAL ZOOM

Equipped with a short throw lens, PLC-XW55 can throw a crisp, bright 100-inch diagonal image from merely 11.0 feet away. The user can highlight important bullet points in Power Point presentations by zooming in with the 5/6X to 16X Digital Zoom.


AUTO SEARCH INPUT MODE

Aimed to reduce setup time, the Auto Input Search is a convenient function that detects various input signals and automatically selects the correct projection modes to display images from their original sources. The user no longer has to manually select input modes.


D-SUB15 INPUTS AND MONITER OUT

The PLC-XW55 offers excellent flexibility via a pair of D-Sub 15 input terminals. Using an optional adapter cable, it can even accept component video signals. One of the D-Sub 15 terminals can be switched between inputs and monitor outputs for greater programming flexibility.


BLACKBOARD (GREEN) MODE

For more effective presentations in rooms with dark-surfaced walls, the PLC-XW55 projector features the blackboard (green) mode, which automatically adjusts white balance and gamma correction to project an intelligent image without a screen.


SECURITY FEATURES

A four-digit PIN code lock ensures projector security. The PLCXW55 projector cannot be operated without the correct password.


QUICK START AND POWER-OFF AND GO

No more waiting for the projector to cool down. Simply disconnect the power cord right after the presentation, without worrying about overheating.


USER-SPECIFIED START-UP SCREEN

To create a more professional presentation, logo and image files may be captured for display during the projector’s start-up countdown sequence.


VARIABLE AUDIO OUT

This convenient feature on the PLC-XW55 allows the user to control the audio level right from the projector.
