Compatibility with classroom a/v controllers Classroom A/V Controllers provide instant troubleshooting and energy savings by controlling multiple A/V devices like the classroom projector and audio system. Some systems control devices for a single classroom (e.g. Pixie and Pixie Pro) and other systems like Promethean’s ActivCommand control many classrooms from a central point (e.g. at a school’s or district’s administrative office). While most audio systems are incompatible with such A/V controllers, the AudioGear Pro System 102s includes the required Serial Connectivity (RS232). The AudioGear Pro 102e system is IP controllable and includes an Ethernet connection (RJ45) rather than the RS232 to enable greater connectivity.
System upgradeability Thanks to AudioGear’s unique modular design, your school or district can deploy an economical AudioGear Pro Stage 1 System now… and then upgrade later to an AudioGear Stage 2 Infrared Voice Enhancement System, when your budget permits.
