Cynthia Kaye founded the Company and continues to serve as the Company's President and CEO. Working out of her basement, Cynthia and a staff of 5 focused their attention in 1994 on serving the technology needs of the K-12 market. Over the next several years, her little team built a reputation for quality service, integrity and technical proficiency. Ever growing, Cynthia diversified the company in 1997 by adding two new divisions- one to serve the Higher Education marketplace and the other to serve State & Local Governments.

While Logical Choice left Cynthia's basement in 1995, the company never grew out of its friendly, family atmosphere that remains an integral part of the company culture. The company grew rapidly, being named to Inc. Magazine's "500 Fastest Growing Companies in America" for both 1999 and 2000. The company serves federal clients across the United States and education clients in 15 states.

In 2003, the company moved into an impressive 24,000 square-foot facility that serves as the Company Headquarters. The complex contains office space, an imaging center, warehouse and cable manufacturing center with wireless connectivity. The Company maintains a sales office just outside of Washington DC to serve the Federal marketplace. In addition, the company has remote sales locations in 15 states.
