The VGA cable is the cable that connects the PC to the projector.
SERIAL CABLE
The Serial cable is the cable that connects the ActivBoard to the PC.
PROMETHEAN CABLES: Serial Cable
A Promethean serial cable comes standard with all ActivBoards.
Note: The power supply is connected to the back of the serial cable.
This cable can only be used if the teachers work station is no more then 10' from the ActivBoard.
PROMETHEAN CABLES: Serial Cable + LCT 50' Extension Cable
If the workstation is farther than 10' from the ActivBoard then you may extend the length of the serial cable by using the LCT 50' extension(CA-SER-NSP-50MF).
Note: This extends the serial cable only. The power has a 10' limit.

If your installation requires that both power and serial cables extend beyond 10' then you will need the Promethean proprietary cable which comes in two parts (1-DR-5303028S31 & 1-DR-5303029S31).

The Mini cable connects the PC to the projector and speakers and provides sound.
The 35' connects the projector to the sub-woofer.
The 50' connects the PC to the projector.
AUDIO CABLE
The Audio cable connects the projector to the TV/VCR.
This cable is supplied in the hardware kit with any bundle containing an audio system or provided when you purchase an audio system upgrade.
VIDEO CABLE
The Video cable is connected permanently to the projector and plugs into the VCR.
All of the cables shown are contained in the Hardware Kit provided with your ActivClassroom bundle. Audio cables are only provided with bundles containing an audio system or will be provided to you if you purchase an audio system upgrade.
